Prince George’s County Additional Tenant Protection Legislation

Prince George’s County passed legislation that includes additional tenant protections, including: prohibits rent increases suspends penalties and late fees for renters are in arrears due to COVID-related job loss/income loss prohibits foreclosures, evictions, lock-outs, and the threat of evictions.
